Conflict resolution Seminar for your entire staff -

Conflict is annoying , but it is also inevitable when it comes to your employees working together. Although conflict between people is a given and will always be present in any business with multiple employees, conflict resolution skills are not guaranteed.   The New Horizons Conflict Resolution Team Building Approach is a 1 or 2 day seminar    designed to teach your executive team and employees how to change unproductive and or destructive reactions when conflict arises to productive communication that maximize efficiency in your business. ($3000 per day Speaker fee that includes all presentation curriculum for your group.  A typical conference speaking day runs from 9am to noon, break one hour for lunch, 1pm to 4pm .  Additionally, our staff can also book a venue/food that fits the needs of your company - costs vary, call for more information )

OTHER PROGRAMS WE OFFER FOR YOUR COMPANY:

· Communication skills - Without good communication, business efficiency and productivity will suffer. New Horizons offers a communications workshop for your executive team or employees designed to teach effective communication skills. This workshop will teach HOW to create a collaborative spirit with your team. ($2000 per day Speaker fee that includes all presentation curriculum for your group.  A typical, one day workshop runs from 9am to noon, break one hour for lunch, 1pm to 4pm )

· Substance Abuse - Statistics show that approximately 3/4 of all American adults struggle with some kind of substance abuse and addiction. That means that you will be guaranteed to see this show up with some of your employees. The New Horizons Recovery Program is designed to help people be free from the slavery from addiction in a positive way. Our unique program does not use traditional 12 step methodology but instead, utilizes Cognitive Behavior Therapy which is a scientifically proven, evidence based approach.  (one on one individualized program consists of 10, hour long sessions done in person or virtually - $995 per person)

· Anger Management - When you hire an employee you are making an investment in your   company. However, when a worker demonstrates hostility or aggression to the public or other  co-workers it could become a potential liability. Instead of letting that employee go, preserve your  investment by having him or her attend the New Horizons Anger Management Program where they will learn more effective ways for dealing with conflict. (one on one individualized program consists of 6, hour long sessions done in person or virtually - $595 per person)
